The Pick-N-Place Wheel is a complete solution for manual PCB assembly, component indexing and component storage.
The Pick-N-Place Wheel is designed to help you makers out there to streamline your manual PCB assembly process, and to provide a more convenient and scalable way to manage your electronic components collection.
Pick-N-Place Wheel Features
- Two separate and individually indexed wheels with multiple choices for wheels capacity.
- Super accurate wheel encoding and positioning using a tried and tested Magnetic Rotary Encoding system.
- The Wheel is designed with modularity in mind, this means that there are no defaults, and you can build the Wheel to suite your specific PCB assembly requirements.
- The Wheel features a free robust Desktop Application for managing the wheel and all your Pick and place data.(You will eventually be able run the Application on Mac and Linux systems(incl Raspberry Pi) as the web version of the application is currently in development and should be released by October 2021)

This DIY Pick-N-Place Wheel Kit includes the following items:
- 1x Pick-N-Place Wheel Board(Assembled, Pre-programmed and fully tested)
- 1x 6810 Ball Bearing
- 1x 16004 Ball Bearing
- 1x 16001 Ball Bearing
- 50x 8mm x 1.5mm disk Neodymium magnets
- 3x M2x8 self-tapping screws
- 8x 8mm silicone rubber base pads
- 1x 60*1mm thick silicone mat.
Note: Your Kit will come with sealed Metal Ball Bearings not the plastic once shown in the image.
